8 Habits of A Happy Millionaire+An Inspiring Story of Sylvester Stallone+Some frustrating moments for me

Last week is I admit a frustrating week for me. I promised to finish a product to sell last March 31. I said that I will finished creating a product. Well, I finished it and I just can't convert it to a pdf file from PowerPoint. The file was corrupted, ouch! It was supposedly a 900+ pages e-book about how I change my mind-sets to an entrepreneurial one although your still an employee. I update that e-book even after work, so for so many tiring days, I ended up in this.

So what I do I just go to Shopping Mall in Batangas. My province is in Laguna but it is I think the largest mall which is also nearest to my province in Laguna which has large Bookstores.

I buy a book entitled "Choose To Be Wealthy" by Bo Sanchez. I'm supposed to borrow this from a friend at work but I can't help it so instead I buy one. It's about the 8 Habits of the Happy Millionaire. I want to be rich but with a purpose, so someday I can have time to things that really matters to me like being with my family and friends.

I read so many books about financial education. But this one for me is the most practical I've ever read. There you can read where you can start. In that book also has many infos on where to invest and what were other means to earn passive income. Yes, passive. It means the money is working for you not vice-versa.

Here are the 8 Habits of a Happy Millionaire from the Book "Choose To Be Wealthy":

1. Define Your Wealth

2. Find Your Emotional Why

3. Create Your Wealth Beliefs

4. Be Consistently Aggressive

5. Create Money Machines

6. Control Your Cash

7. Stick To Your Game

8. Share Your Wealth

Don't need to explain them one-by-one. Buy the book if your really interested in being wealthy someday. You can buy this on any National Bookstore(this is for the Philippine residents) or via online, click here to buy.

One of the part of the book that marked to my mind was the story of Sylvester Stallone. Hope you'll also be inspired by this:

Stallone was born in poverty. In fact, his mother gave birth to him on the steps of a school.
He spoke with a slurred speech all his life.
Yet his dream was to be an actor.
Obviously, no one wanted to hire him.
     But the man had hustle.
Every day, he sat in front of the director until he was given a bit part in a movie. After that, no one wanted to hire him again.
One day, he became so poor, he sold his dog for $50.
     That was heartbreaking for him.
He then wrote a movie script that nobody wanted.
Finally, after many rejections, one production house said they want to buy the script for $75,000 on one condition: Someone else would play the main role.
The production house raised the price to $225,000--for as long as Stallone would agree that someone else would play the main role.
     He rejected them again.
Finally, they offered him an offer he couldn't refuse:$1 million.
     But he rejected that, too.
So they offered $35,000 for the script--with him in the starring role.
     He accepted!
And as they say, the rest is history: That movie was Rocky and it grossed $171 million. It also won 10 Academy Awards including Best Actor and Best Picture of the Year. That one movie began his meteoric rise to stardom.
(By the way, when he became rich, he bought back his dog.)
That was the exact words form the book. We must be aggressive enough like Stallone to be wealthy.

So as a penalty which no one demanded but me. Here is some part of my product which I have to start all over again.Although  I don't like what had happened. Although it took me so many almost sleepless days. I enjoyed doing this so I hope you also enjoyed reading it.

Maybe you're wandering how I created a 900+ page e-book in a month. Well every page has a picture with one line of statement.

I try to embed it in this blog post but my computer hangs up. Even going to the link where I uploaded the e-book, the computer still hangs up.

I go to an Internet Cafe' to check if this will hangs up other computer. And yap, it still hang up. So I therefore conclude that it's not a good idea to embed that file to this blog post.

This is another frustrating moment for me, 'cause I tried to upload this to slideshare.net multiple times from 6am 'til 11am!

Although I been frustrated just for that moment, now I'm okay 'cause I have no regret. For me it's better to do hard work and failed than do nothing thinking so many what if's. What if I've done that, what if I succeed, what if I earned doing that. Of course, you need help from other people, that's why I have mentors.

Well, do you want your computer to hang? (A silly question eh, lol) Or love to take risk? I don't suggest this but here is the link of my uploaded e-book in slideshare.net.

  1. waaa! my computer did Hang-up kuya! T_T

For real? A 900+ PAge ebook?? Amazing! It even took me almost a month before I was able to finish my 30 page ebook! hehehe!

I think it's too big kuya that's why it hangs up. I suggest you split your ebook into maybe 9 Parts/Chapters, 10 Page each chapter. Each Chapter is in a different PDF File. That way, you can put up to "9 Products in one" in your salespage which can attract a lot buyers than just buying "1 product" that contains everything. :) I hope I'm not confusing you. hehehe! :D

Good luck with you ebook kuya and congratz by the way! ;)
